Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience: our mentor is Professor Stephani Hatch (Professor of Sociology and Epidemiology) who leads the Health Inequalities Research Group, where our steering members conduct research and work with communities, mental health services and policy makers.
Race Reflections: we receive monthly independent supervision from Guilaine Kinouani (Psychotherapist and Founder of Race Reflections) to support and develop our anti-racist practice.
Black and Minority Ethnics in Psychiatry and Psychology Network (BiPP): who provide a community for registered and prospective ethnic minority mental health professionals.
Royal College of Psychiatrists: we collaborate with Dr Shubulade Smith and Dr Raj Mohan (Presidential Leads for Race and Equality) to support national psychiatry initiatives.
SLaM Recovery College: our members work in close partnership with this user-led organisation to co-produce courses related to racism in mental health.
South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust: (SLaM) we collaborate with the Maudsley Postgraduate Department and Dr Ranjith Gopinath (Director of Postgraduate Psychiatric Training) to support local psychiatry teaching.
